ABOUT THIS EVENT
National Employ Older Workers Week is held annually the last full week of September, recognizing the vital role of older workers in the workforce. As coronavirus (COVID-19) forces more employees to work virtually, NCBA and CCSE are adapting to a remote way of training and securing employment for the older worker.
At this National Virtual Conference, you will be able to watch a live educational session via video streaming and participate by asking questions, leaving comments and joining activities in real time! At this event, you will increase brand awareness, meet, and network virtually with other corporations and non-traditional candidates. Get ready to gain some excellent connections with a pipeline of new talent!
YOUR INVESTMENT MATTERS
Today, businesses (large and small) understand the value of corporate social responsibility and the benefits of supporting organizations that promote employment opportunities. They strive to have a positive impact on communities. Sponsors, mentors, and leaders provide important resources and information and play important roles in everyone’s leadership journey. Mapping existing individual and organizational development networks help career seekers create access to these development assets.
VISION FOR THE FUTURE
Our vision for this event is to connect all candidates with the tools and resources that they need to flourish and prosper in all aspects of their career while giving them a sense of empowerment goals.
